Whats the difference to the aircurtain technologie?
Little air and high momentum provide precise separation
Function:
Air curtain technology:
The air curtain works in need of a high volume of air (very high heat output), with the jet of air being blown out through a large slot opening with low exit velocity. The result is a highly turbulent air flow, which has a mixing instead of separation of the ambient air result. The fact that the air curtain requires a high amount of air volume, it is very inefficient in operation and the effect is usually insufficient
Airwall technology:
In contrast, the airwall technology is based on the flow-reversal principle of a classic air curtain and works with little air volume and increased exit velocity. It effectively separates two air milines from each other and serves as an effective barrier, no matter how high the door or door opening is. Only a fraction of the air volume and thus the heating energy of an air curtain is required, so the air wall technology is highly efficient and effectively seals off the desired area.
The Airwall system consists of a turbomachine (fan) and a patented nozzle (pressure linear module). The special thing about it is that it can be modularly installed. This means that the fan can be mounted largely independent of the nozzle. It is therefore an independent network system in which planning freedom is of great importance. Space potentials are always fully exploited.
Whats the difference to the Air Curtain Technologie?
- higher energy savings due to less air mass and higher blow-out pulse
- Our individual technology also leaves architects and planners with a great deal of creative freedom, since the nozzle and fan technology can be spatially separated. Whether banks, museums, hotels or shopping malls and airports – our technology can be integrated intelligently, visibly or invisibly.
- Thermal separation of cold storage rooms and logistics halls and refrigerated trucks to maintain the cold chain
- Shielding of dust, odors, pathogens, chem. Substances and gases from clean air areas in food factories, waste management, occupational safety, production, animal stunning plants
- Insect barrier and also on large, sensitive gates
- Smoke barrier for the protection of escape routes or pressure maintenance in SÜLA systems
